Stacey The Stacinator', as some of us like to affectionately call her, has a reputation for having the toughest workout of all. Background: Stacey is a self taught Tae Boe expert. Her self-discipline and dedication to fitness is rivaled only by her enthusiasm and awesome workouts. She is a mother of two boys, and married to Troy, who you will occasionally meet during one of her classes. What you might hear her say: Ayyyyeeeaaaaaa!!!!!!! What you might hear others say about her: "Ouch..."..."ayeaaaa"

Robert Provencher, The Dojo drop-out. Rob barely received his brown belt with the Oriental Arts Academy when he started Cardio Kick way back when it started. Rob quit karate due to time constraints and because he loved the benefits ot Cardio Kick Boxing. He then became one of the instructors.
Background: Rob believes in working out to stay in shape. "Balanced with good nutrition, the Cardio Kick program is the best all around exercise going." Rob says.
