"This class was the best thing that my wife and I could have done for ourselves. I love the fact that this is something that we can do together (and enjoy), and at the same time keep ourselves healthier. I was amazed on how fast my energy increased and my weight decreased just by doing 3 classes a week. I was also impressed on the first class I attended as the instructor explained things thoroughly before the class started so that I wasn't out of the loop. You can join this class anytime and not be worried that you will be lost, because each of us participates at our own pace (not everyone is at the same level of cardio). Now that we have done this for a few months, it's part of our regular routine, and we look forward to each class. Walking on a treadmill or running on an eliptcal machine has NOTHING on cardio kickboxing. If you want to see results, and see them fast, I suggest checking it out.
