The Cardio Kick program is designed for everyone, at all skill levels. It is an intensive one hour workout* and involves the use use of actual 'kickboxing' bags and techniques.
Designed for all adults- from beginner to advanced! The Cardio Kick workout uses true martial arts concepts that are fun and easy to learn. Simple punching and kicking combinations designed to strengthen, tone, reduce stress, body fat and give you a total 'cardio' workout, all in one.
